Users’ Guide to the BIOGRAPHICAL FORM
This form is to be filled in by new applicants wishing to join the Association from 16 November 2003 onwards.
Please use one of the three AICA languages (English, French or Spanish). This form must be transmitted to the President of the National Section or to the Secretary-General of the Association, in the case of applications wishing to join the Open Section.
A copy of the biographical form submitted by all successful applicants to join the Association will subsequently be forwarded to the Secretary-General of the Association, for retention with the Association’s records, but will not be divulged to third parties without your written consent.
However, your basic contact details, including all the details on page one of the form, will be included on that part of the Association’s website which is accessible to Members only, unless you specify that any or all parts of it, excepting your name, Section and date of joining the Association are to remain confidential to the members of the AICA Bureau.
Article II of the Statutes, relating to Individual Members, states that:
